Harley and Maxwell Buildings

This historical and beautiful building is ready for development.

The project works included: Inspection, Strip out & Air Monitoring. There was removal of all goods on the second and third floor including materials, chattels, fixtures and fitting. There was removal of lead paint from the ceilings and walls contained within the building as well as removal of asbestos material contained within the building. There was also air monitoring for a period of 28 days to ensure all asbestos particles have been eradicated from the building.
