Project 422 is 54.94 acres of land and will be a multi disciplined mixed use development consisting of commercial space,visitors center, and workforce homes. The project is very much in the embryonic stages, but this site is strategically located off I26 at Exit 154 where the already vibrant Orangeburg City and County Industrial Park is located.
