This 60 acre site, 11 miles from downtown Columbia, is the newest D.R. Horton community in Hopkins, SC., and is a prime location for residents to live.
The residential lots for Phase 1 and 2 are now complete. Construction of Phase 3 and 4, 120 homes, has begun and these lots should be complete by November 2022
