This 1.1 acre site just off Exit 146 on Hwy. 601 forms an integral part of the master planning of the SIX0-1 development. Located here is a boutique style plaza accommodating 6,200sf. We are pleased to have three businesses: FireHouse Subs, Hibachi/Wings, and Smokers Town operating here. This location is an important component of the gateway entrance for the SIX0-1 development.
