Andrew Silver

President of M&P Land LLC

Andrew has over 25 years of experience in property development, both commercial and residential. He has completed projects ranging from $1 million- $500 million dollars. He specializes in a multifaceted and diverse approach to the art of regeneration, redevelopment, imagineering, and development. Andrew’s ability to blend vision with technical and financial skills has made him a successful leader in the field of development.

Emilee Terry

Vice President of M&P Land LLC

Emilee received her Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Education from The College of Charleston where she earned a division one full scholarship playing basketball for four years. From there she began her career in teaching physical education and coaching various sports. During which time, she earned a Master’s of Education in Secondary Administration from Charleston Southern University. She spent 11 years in teaching and coaching before switching career paths to property development . She has 3 years of experience in property development, business administration, and accounting.

Peter Nash

Finance/Investment

Peter Nash has been exclusively active in the finance, development and construction of real estate for the past 45 years. After graduating from Harvard in 1970, he got his start in the industry with a position in “Income Property Finance” with Washington, DC based Walker & Dunlop (now NYSE), procuring debt financing for a variety of local developers/developments including multi-family, retail, industrial, office and even nursing homes.

He formed his own development company in the ‘80’s building suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia flex and garden office projects involving over 1 million square feet of finished space and over 200 acres of industrial land.

Peter spent the next 10 years (five living in London) as board member and partner in charge of capital strategies and execution for McArthurGlen Europe (“MGE”), the largest developer, owner and operator of factory outlet shopping centers in Europe. The overall US Dollar value of debt financing and equity placement exceeded $1.5B.

During the past 15 years, his focus has been primarily in civil and residential construction and land development in the York County, Calhoun County, and Charleston County regions of South Carolina.

Wes Lyles

President

Wes graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Design in 1988 and a Master of Architecture degree in 1992. Mr. Lyles is NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) certified and is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional with the United States Green Building Council, (USGBC). Mr. Lyles is a registered architect in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Maryland. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, the Board of Appeals, City of West Columbia. Wes was a member of Leadership Columbia, Class of 2006 and a member of the International Code Council.

Tripp Riley

Vice President

Tripp earned his Bachelor of Science in Design from Clemson University in 1997 and a Master of Architecture degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2000. Mr. Riley is NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) certified and is a registered architect in South Carolina. He was a member of the American Institute of Architects - National Small Firm Round Table from 2015-2016. He was the American Institute of Architects South Carolina Chapter President in 2015. Tripp was the Conference Chair for the American Institute of Architects South Carolina Chapter in 2010 and 2013. He was the President of the American Institute of Architects Columbia Section in 2009. Mr. Riley was a Columbia Design League Board Member from 2011-2013 and is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

Josh Rabon

Managing Partner of Civil Engineering of Columbia and Professional Engineer

Mr. Rabon is managing partner of Civil Engineering of Columbia, Inc. (CEC). CEC is a multi-disciplinary design, planning, and surveying firm headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina. Mr. Rabon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University. He is a licensed professional engineer in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. Mr. Rabon has 15 years of experience in site design and infrastructure improvements. Mr. Rabon is a graduate of The South Carolina Economic Development Institute and Leadership Lexington County, and he is a member of the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina, the Central South Carolina Alliance Committee of 100, the South Carolina Economic Developers Association, and the Water Environment Association of South Carolina. He serves on the Board of the Central SC Alliance Committee of 100 and GlenForest School.

Patrick Livingston

Project Manager Civil Engineering of Columbia

Mr. Livingston is a project manager with Civil Engineering of Columbia, Inc. (CEC) and holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Clemson University. He is a registered Landscape Architect in South Carolina and Georgia. Mr. Livingston has over 22 years of experience in the civil engineering industry across many different sub-disciplines and roles. His experience includes commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional civil and landscape architectural design as well as field experience as a civil construction manager.

Kim Hellman

Financial Controller

Kim graduated from Memphis State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting in 1979. Prior to that, he spent time in the US Army and is a Vietnam Era veteran. Kim would eventually receive his Master’s degree in Business in Taxation and Economics and later received his Certified Public Accountant license in NC in 1994. He is currently licensed in SC and NC and is the owner of Kim A. Hellman, CPA, MBA Consulting and Tax which he has owned since 1998 and is a member of the SC Association of CPAs. He has more than 10 years of working in other public accounting firms. He works heavily with real estate developers, real estate agents, and commercial and residential construction. Prior to joining and helping M&P Land, he has more than 10 years’ experience as a controller for a commercial construction company, and has more than 10 years’ experience overseeing accounting projects of commercial shopping centers and hotel projects.

Wylie Nash

Finance/Investment

Wylie Nash has a background in both the music industry and real estate. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Berklee College of Music in 2015. After graduation, he moved to Los Angeles where he co-founded Low Key Music Group LLC, a start-up music publishing firm and independent record label specializing in artist management. Under his leadership, the company built a talented team of songwriters and producers, leading to 18 successful releases that accumulated over 100 million streams.

After nearly a decade in the music business, Wylie decided to pivot to a career in real estate. He began working as an agent in his hometown of Washington, DC, producing just over $2 million in sales within his first six months. But after observing his father, whose 45-year career in real estate finance and development now includes a consulting role with M&P Land, Wylie recognized a more fulfilling opportunity in property development. He has since committed to moving to the Charleston area to focus on development and finance alongside his father and M&P Land.
